The Loft - Retail Sales
Terms: We accept your check or money order, payable to The Loft. Payment is required upon receipt of your order.
Shipment: Most shipments via U.S. Priority Mail. UPS is used if it is a cheaper rate. We will charge only for actual shipping costs.
Damages and Shortages: Contact your U.S. Post Office, if there are problems with Priority Mail. Please contact UPS to report such problems within seven days. These are UPS regulations and we cannot help until you have contacted them.
Delivery: ASAP or by dated order.
Tax Exempt Customers: Indiana Sales Tax Exempt customers must provide their Tax ID # for our files.
Guarantee: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please contact us.
Returns: No returns without prior authorization. Pack your returns carefully. Credit cannot be issued on damaged merchandise due to sloppy repackaging prior to return to us. Returns must be made within 30 days. Returns must include the original invoice or a copy of the invoice.
Shipping charges will be added and total amount due will be included on your invoice. Indiana residents will be charged 7% Sales Tax.
Most orders are shipped complete. At this time please email us with your order. We'll immediately return your email stating the approximate shipping date and whether we have all your items in stock.

The terms of shipment, payment, and our guarantee stated
above also apply to the wholesale customer.
Wholesale customers must
have their business name and Tax ID# on file with us.
We offer a wholesale discount on the following items only:
Spool Handles – There is a 10% discount on orders of 48 or more. You may mix sizes and styles.
Homespun-D/Country-D – We offer a 10% discount on an order of
18-24 handles. For 25 or more handles there
is a 20% discount.
Patterns – There is a 40% discount off each set of 12 patterns of one
particular basket.
Stoneware & Wire Handles – For 12-23 handles there is a 10%
discount. For 24 or more handles there is a
20% discount. You may mix sizes and colors.
Spindle Bases – For 12-23 there is a 20% discount. For 24-47 there is a 30% discount. For 48+ there is a 40% discount.
Basket Buckles & Buttons – There is no mixing of designs for
the wholesale prices.
